- General Shipping
Information:
Most orders will ship
stock items within 24 hours from time of receipt. All orders must have
street address and phone number. Orders are shipped via
UPS. Hackworth Reprographics
cannot accept orders with only a P.O. box number, and Hackworth
Reprographics does not ship to FPO or APO boxes.
- Ordering by Phone, Fax, or
Mail:

- Returns:
If you are returning merchandise for an
exchange or refund, please send your package back to us via insured UPS
within 30 days. Original shipping fees are not refundable and shipping
fees will apply for exchanges. Credits are issued promptly upon receipt
of the returned item. If your order was paid for using a credit card, we
will credit your card directly.
- Damaged Goods:
Our shipping department gives
special care to each item they package for shipment. If your package does
arrive damaged, please retain all the original cartons and packaging
material (do not dispose of box) and notify us immediately. Our Customer
service representatives will be happy to advise you of replacement options

- Backorders:
We work hard to keep most items in stock.
However, if an item is out of stock or a special order, then we will
ship the item when received at a later date.

Prices and availability are subject to change
without notice. All trade names/trademarks are the properties of their
respective owners. Photos may not represent actual product. Typographic
errors are subject to correction. Hackworth Reprographics hereby
disclaims all other warranties, including warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranty, if any,
applies.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express.
- How do I purchase a product that is
not on the website?
Contact Hackworth Reprographics with
information about the product, and we will review your information on a
case-by-case basis.
- I need help using your search pages?
The search available at the top of
every page searches EVERY field in our site (a very broad search). For
the best search results, be as specific as you can. Only use the
singular form when using the search.
- I left your site using your links
page and now my shopping cart is empty
As long as you do not leave our site all items
should remain in your shopping cart until you check out. This can also
happen if your web browser flushes your cache (deletes temporary
Internet files). You will have to re-add items to your shopping
cart.
- What if I have a problem with my order?
If you have any problems you can
call, email, or fax your questions. We are very flexible in serving our
customers, we encourage you to ask questions about our products and
services!
